Ninette Steyl was born in Mpumalanga, South Africa. She grew up on a farm and established her love for nature and the soft nuances of color by spending lots of time outdoors and on game reserves. She partly studied Art at the University of Pretoria, and then continued her art journey under top artists in South Africa. It took her 12 years to develop her style. Ninette is part of Wilderness Art Association, as well as the Southern Cape Association for Visual Arts (SCAVA) and take part in the Wilderness Art Festival annually. Her work hangs in various galleries across South Africa
